***EMS unavailable on Friday, February 24 from 8am-6pm*** 

As part of an ongoing effort to improve the computing environment and associated services; Office of University Events, Office of the Registrar and Information Services will be making changes to Virtual EMS application ( Virtual EMS, will be renamed to the EMS Web App. Please update the link that you access the EMS Web App to You will see a fresh new look to all pages within the new EMS Web App. These changes will be rolled out Friday, February 24th. Functionality and menu options will remain the same. In order to complete the necessary maintenance to support the change, Virtual EMS will be unavailable from 8:00 a.m. - 6:00pm Friday, February 24th.


UP faculty and staff may use EMS to browse for space on campus by time or by facility, make reservations, and view/edit current space and service requests. 

In order to make a reservation, you must log in. If you are new to the system, please request an account. Your log in information will match your network user ID and password.
